Good PS2 games that CeX sell for £3.50 or less
Listed from cheapest to most expensive, with notes distinguishing each price bracket
There's other games in this price range that have fairly decent reputations, and those that I'd be interested to try, but these are just the ones I can personally vouch for

Very low budget Time Crisis clone, but it's pretty solid and there's some good laughs. £1. Can't go wrong.

You have to use a USB mouse to get much out of the PS2 port, but it's easily worth it at this price

I'll chuck it on. Stuff like Final Fantasy X and XII are about £3, but I'm not the one to endorse them.
2 quid for Oni, can't go wrong
In the interests of balance since Second Sight is on here, Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy is £2.50

My anti-Midway bias has always put me at odds with Psi Ops, but everyone else stands by it, so I guess it's worth listing. Is Oni actually any good? Never seen an enthusiastic response.
It's admittedly better on PC where the framerate doesn't suffer as much, but I'll stand by Oni as a Good + Cool game. Having replayed it in the last few years the combat still holds up imo. If I was making a list of turn of the 2000s games made by anime nerds, the only other game on it would be SHOGO, but it would be above SHOGO.
