Groundbreaking game.

Cool concept and pretty unique when it came out.
It's alright but limited. Around half of the game it starts getting repetitive, the patterns and flaws of the once terrifying AI monsters show some flaws and as soon as it happens it's much harder to create tension.

Cool but indeed below the rest of the series due to annoying bugs and flaws in the game design that make the exploration less natural and "free-flow" then Arkham City for example.
It just seems that less thought, time, and care where put into this episode.

Cool for the first 15h when things are new, the progression satisfying and constant, but then it stagnates by taking disappointing turns in terms of game mechanics.

I played 25h in total and feel like the rest of the game will not add much value to what I've seen, at the contrary.

Satisfying Metroid-like with a great art style and soundtrack.
It's not trying to be ground-breaking, just an isometric slasher with satisfying progression and exploration.
