To hell with the Sonic 06 rehabilitation. Time to start rehabilitating Wii Music, a game that I barely remember playing when I was five. (Though I do remember that I had a bloody nose one day, and I spilled blood all over the box cover. Tmyk.)

Hopefully I still have my mat at home. That would make for an excellent collector's item.

The ending twist is peak fiction.

A deeply moving experience that made me rage quit at several points.

They will tell you that things were better back then. Don't let this revisionist history stand.

Am I a Sonic fan? This question is giving me an existential crisis, and no game embodies that better than Sonic Adventure, a game that it simultaneously abysmal and incredible (and not merely in an "ironic" way).

[NOTE: Played Steam version with mods that bring it closer to the Dreamcast version, and also add QoL-improvements and patches.]

Would be a cool AU version of Mario 64 if it weren't for...[sigh]...the D-Pad.

Somehow, the golden star textures look more convincing than the later games released on more powerful consoles.

Someday I'll play the version that isn't filled with George Lucas-esque alterations that ruin the game. Even so, this borked version of Majora's Mask is still pretty cool.

Makes me wish that I had New 3DS. The staging of the levels is flawlessly crafted to work in stereoscopic vision, but that ghosting ruins everything.

"Looks like my summer vacation is...over."

One of the most solid Kingdom Hearts narratives. The most comprehensive and refined combat system. Mediocre to abysmal level design. The platforming sections in Disneyland haunt my nightmares.
