Missing Three Goblin Wobblin

I fell so in love with this little oddity. It feels like the video game adaptation of a 2000's nickelodeon show that doesn't exist. Genuinely just heart eyes over this already

This deeply sunk it's hooks in me in a way I wasn't expecting. I thought action roguelikes/roguelike metroidvania style games weren't exactly for me, but I was very into the fluidity of this whole game. And the town building aspects are surprisingly fun, too! They are just as simple as they needed to be, and they gave me something to look forward to between runs.

Oh my god this was a fantastic demo that didn't overstay it's welcome. The vibe of it all is just phenomenal, and it's smooth as butter in it's execution. I really want to play a full game of this

This game is just so kinetic and fun. It takes a mechanic that is usually just an upgrade in any other game and asks how many ways it can use it. Genuine blast

The demo did it's job of leaving me really wanting more. The dialogue is fun and the voice acting is great, and while the deductions thus far have been simple, I can tell they are going to be very satisfying to piece together later in the game. I think this game veeery effectively did what it set out to do, which is be a fun, simple deduction puzzler

So weird and cool, but also obtuse in a way that I think a lot of homages to this era often miss out on
Personal time to play: 28 minutes
What can I say? it's another Toree game! Fast time trial/collectable focused levels with responsive movement and a bouncy world/soundtrack

This was really really neat! It wears it's influences on it's sleeve, like a lot of your hyper light drifters and Tunic's of the world often do, and if you enjoy games like that, you'll probably like this one too. My one gripe is that I didn't find much in this one that truly separates it from it's peers, as it really does just feel like "another one of those games"

This felt me with a genuine mixture of nostalgia and dread in a way that I think a lot of backrooms games try and fail to do.
Personal time to play: 46 Minutes
Speed was really the name of the game with this one, and I think that momentum really carries it. It's another one that wears it's influences on it's sleeve, but the bounciness of the combat and speed of traversal make it something quite fun
Personal time to complete: 40 Minutes
I made it to the final room but that last challenge is just too much. Still a really fun time, though. I enjoyed planning out my routes, and every bit of ammo, or security token I could find felt genuinely helpful
Time to drop: 51 minutes
I was loving the atmosphere, then I got trapped in the 2010s indie game crafting infinite

I just don't think I like dungeon crawlers that much lol, even if they have really cool mechanics attached
Time played: 23 minutes
There was a point where I got so frustrated with the demo boss that I thought I really didn't like this game, but something clicked and I really began enjoying the momentum driven combat. I will say though, there's a difference between being inspired by something, and just being that thing, and if I'm being honest, this is just Hollow Knight
Personal time to beat: 45 minutes
This is one I can see some loving and some hating, because it goes all in on it's central ideas. It's effectively like a Metal Gear Solid game, but if the fights played out like you were playing Sifu.
Time played: 13 minutes
I didn't play all of the levels but I got a good idea of what it's going for. It's pretty alright, just a neat time that didn't do too much to really wow me.

Some neat mechanics for platforming and combat set back by a really lackluster atmosphere and underwhelming soundtrack
Time to drop: 15 minutes
I watched a friend play this, and I have to say, for a game that's seemingly trying to induce a very strong response, I was aggressively meh on this game.
Time to beat: Watched
More jank than what I'd like to be playing at the moment
