It's pretty much an updated Wild World on console, so your enjoyment kinda depends on how you felt about Wild World.

It still struggles from a lot of Sticker Star's issues but the rest is a bit closer to the original trilogy. The game looks great, the world is far more varied as opposed to the New Super Mario Bros. sterlization that was Sticker Star, and the writing is an upgrade too.

This game came out 6 years after MKDS on a stronger system how is the content less enticing to me than MKDS?

It's not as satanic as everyone makes it out to be but considering what came before, this game fell off HARD. At least the later sequels still managed to make Paper Mario good despite creative restrictions.

A lot of fun despite its age. I'd argue it's too good for the NES considering the performance can be jank at times but it's hardly game-ruining. Also the music slaps.

It's pretty simple due to being the original Kirby, but it's fun for what it is.

It's simple but that works to the game's strength if you just wanna play some FE without a billion strings attached like planning pairings or class lines or other stuff. The writing we do have is pretty good, and the game is pretty quick considering you can skip almost everything if you want. Also the best for ironmans, and reclassing allows for very wacky and fun playstyles.

Def a step up from the main game, had some actual challenge this time around, as well as doing more with the wild area mechanics.

Would be 3 stars cuz of Johto jank but GSC introduced Wooper and Quagsire so it's 5/5.

Feel similarly here with how I feel about XY, dex diversity good, baby difficulty bad, story not worth sitting through a morbillion cutscenes.

The dex diversity was really cool, though 5 of my 6 members were from either Kalos or Johto lol. Sadly, the game is really easy and the number of cutscenes isn't justified by the plot. Also the fact that route 14 is blocked until after you beat Clemont is dumb cuz I don't wanna beat Clemont I wanna catch my GOD DAMN QUAGSIRE

Probably my favorite Pokemon game from a purely gameplay standpoint, it's pretty challenging for vanilla standards, has a very diverse dex, and I like Alola's new additions except Alolan Persian, which can burn in hell. Main issue is Rotom Dex not shutting up and the cutscenes, which are fine for the first run but might be annoying whenever I replay it.

This game wasn't super memorable for me, though I named my character Sir Cornbread and my pets after food too which I still get a kick out of.

This game walked so Forgotten Land could run.

Probably the weakest mainline Kirby game imo, though the fact that I still had fun with it says a lot about Kirby as a whole. It's basically Nightmare in Dreamland with the chests from Amazing Mirror, and the Squeaks definitely add some spice, but it's still in that awkward spot before Kumazaki really got Kirby to its peak.
