@chandler Nah, I think the SNES version is not the definitive one anymore, I really like the new additions of Pixel Remaster (Being able to see Sabin's commands, Nobuo's arrangement music, auto-battle, fast-forward, etc. )
They may have messed up the pixel art of the characters, but with these mods they will give you the same and better experience as the SNES.

ted woolsey uncensored is my preferred way to play ff6 but the sabin commands and arranged music are super tempting for my next playthrough

@junie If you already tried that hack rom I highly recommend you to try the Pixel Remaster, really just for the music it's my favorite version, and mods help the game look better than the original imo.
