Hazy one - Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix lets you switch back to the original character sprites, but backgrounds can't be changed from the updated ones. Not sure if it qualifies. Also it looks awful!

@Dreamboat - Definitely adding that currently just because it sounds such a weird hybrid option.

Worth noting that Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers addressed that problem and allowed full pixel or full Udon art

you can toggle between visual styles in Nightdive's Star Wars Dark Forces and Blade Runner remasters too 🫡
