So yeah this exists. Truly when I was playing it I was thinking for which target this game is made for?, because no Silent Hill fan likes this and also as a Dungeon Crawler there isnt much to say. This Game is simply Boring, generic and not fun after the first 2 hours. Dont play it, its not worth it.

Esto lo voy a decir en español por que realmente ando quemado y me da paja ponerlo en ingles ya que siento que me limito para lo que quiero expresar acá.
Algo que si podes decir de los SH es que cuando pensas que las cosas no se pueden poner peor, te tiran algo que es aun peor. Ya esto consiguió llegar a un nuevo fondo que luego del Homecoming o el Book Of Memories pensé que no se iba a llegar.
Ya que esto es sin dudarlo, este es el peor "juego" que tenga que ver con Silent Hill que se ha hecho, y encima estando en el primer capitulo.
Ya considerarlo lo peor que se ha hecho bajo el nombre de Silent Hill es difícil ya que existe la pelicula de "Revelations" y los comics de IDW y estos están medio a la par, pero este esta al mismo nivel de basura.
Sinceramente un desastre, por eso decidi no ponerle una puntación ya que ni siquiera se merece ni media estrella. Lamento si no soy lo suficientemente pragmático con mi opinión pero sinceramente esto no se lo merece.

Cool atmosphere and very nice ideas, but the execution is kinda lacking in some parts and the main story starts strong but falls flat at the end.

So i dont know how much i have to say that people didnt say at this point: addicting gameplay, cool visuals, nice level design, great OST, bad Story and god awful dialogue.
In my case I must say that the story of the game make me nostalgic because of his very 2000 anime esque writing remind of my days as a pre-teen watching Soul Eater or D. Gray Man, but yeah it really suck.
Ignoring that, probably the most fun I have with a game in this year, Pretty good game.

This is probably biased as fuck because I play this shit so much as a kid (and teenager as well...and adulthood), but this is probably the best MK of that generation and not only that because you can mention the most notorious positive things about this game. But the most underrated one is probably how goofy this game is.
I kid you not the cutscene after the Jade, Kitana and Milenna boss fight is probably one of the most funny cutscenes that I have seen.
But yeah I really like this game so fuck it.

so this is going to be complex and I will apologise for my bad english but I really need to express my feelings after playing this game because it really want to some really dark places.
I will be honest, this is not my first time playing this game. Back in January of this year I tried to playing for the this time but in the middle of the playthrough, I quit playing it and the reason was something I never experienced before...I felt really uncofortamble.
I consider myself a person with a hard stomach maybe because of my own life experience (yeah I now this sound edgy as fuck but were with me in this one) or being an actual zoomer that grew literally in the 2000´s internet where everything was on site to everyone to see, its hard for me to experience that feeling. But this was the first time a game make me feel that.
I dont know if that was a good or a bad thing, even now after I convince myself to actually finish the game, but it is something.
At the end of this, Im still dont sure if this is a good or a bas game, the answer is that is game about a life, a hard life to say a least. A life that even if the main problem It's not something I identify with, the way they approach the situation and how "Tyler" makes their own introspection resonate with me a lot and I even came to identify with those insecurities (perhaps not with the more hormonal issues but more with doubting the true intentions of the people around us).
I will be clear with this, i will not rate this game not because of his quality but because I dont think a "calification" is valid to the story of a life.
one last thing to say after this long review will be a message to the person who make this game...to you, I really hope that you achieve your hapiness and good luck out there.

I have a conflicted feelings for this one. On one hand I understand why many people have this game in very high regard, this was before the COD Explosion that happen in the PS3/Xbox days and this game is like a predessesor of those games; With high fidelity visuals, an amazing SFX and a interesting enviroment destruction mechanic (really you can destroy almost everything with your guns). But on the other hand, I really think this game really aged like milk.
I have an a opinion with FPS, well two really. The First one is that the genre is really meant to be played with a Keyboard and a Mouse, but doesnt mean that you cannot play FPS with a controller I really think is just how you prefer it; But I think (and this is my second opinion with genre) that before the seventh generation of consoles the controls to play a fps with a controller was really not good, and that was my real issue with this game: The Controls and the gameplay really suck.
With that in mind, I didnt enjoy my time with it because of that and also if you take the visual innovations of the time, is really a dull military Shooter like the rest.
Not atrocious per se but really unforgettable...cool live action cutscenes tho.
