@FranKie Ah I gotcha. I'm interested in how FF16 or the Saga games are Western mechanically

@mrhoodie 16 was my stretch one but I’d say it’s got more in common with uncharted than FF it’s very AAA set piece which isn’t inherently a western thing also it being a solo action game

With that logic dirge of Cerberus is early 2000s Japanese action game trying to appeal to the western market but 16 feels more western especially in its character designs maybe minus Clive’s hair


As for Saga series I think saga minstrel song shows how open that game is where you can pick between several characters in a huge world that level scales more like oblivion or Skyrim the world in that game is HUGE
