This game is just really fucking good and well-made. The game is very pleasing to look at. The main story is alright but that's not the main focus of this particular game so I can let it slide. This game truly shines in the post-game. I love the combat, and how each character feels distinct and most of them are fun to use. The 'unique' bosses in endgame are pretty damn fun as well.

I only have Percival maxed out but I'm still working on a few characters' weapon levels so I can try them out for the endgame too. Can't wait to see what this game adds in the future!

A big issue I have with this game though goes back to the weapon levels and it's the grindiness (yes ik how grindy the gbf gacha is hahaha, well this is a different game and not the gacha). Trying to level up the weapons for multiple characters is a huge pain in the ass and it really turns you off from wanting to branch out to too many different characters. It sucks that one of the more efficient ways to get the stuff you need involves not even playing the game which I think is a terrible oversight from the devs and hope they do something to rework this process.

As a remaster, I think they did a pretty good job in improving the visuals and framerate, along with revamping gameplay systems. This is def the ideal version to play this game for those who are interested

I really liked this game. Overall I thought the story was decent but the character writing… could’ve been better… The combat and gameplay were great, and soundtrack was fire.

It’s the best bamco game that doesn’t have “Tales of” in the title or was developed by Fromsoftware. It’s def a step in the right direction for them.
