a perfectly serviceable clone of rock band/guitar hero. its pretty buggy and individual tracks are overpriced, plus the new gamemode is only accessible if you purchase a $130 peripheral (for now)
a completely unfinished cash grab with very little freedom in what you build that sold "building plans" later after the hype died down to try to squeeze money out of little kids.
Would be a 10 if not for a couple design factors that can easily be patched out wrt how many usable jokers there are, as well as how boss blind debuffs make certain builds a complete gamble
It's very hard to rate a game like this, but I know I loved it. I prefer the original's atmosphere and brisk pace (plus i didn't have to play through it 5 or 6 times, which wears the charm of outside a teeny bit), but this is still a fantastic work of art.
