There is this lovecraft atmosphere present which i liked but the game simply does not deserve a higher rating.
Story is mediocre, combat is atrocious and the game is also very short. There is simply nothing this game does better than dead space remake. Big disappointment.
Possibly the best star wars game to date. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with it but it is not flawless. Launch performance on ps5 was lacking, planets were OK - i would definitely appreciate more smaller ones rather than 2 big ones and i also have some issues with the combat - i would appreciate less dark souls, more sekiro-like pace(dodging and parry system feels too slow).
Boring story, boring gameplay, bland world building. Completely lacks the atmosphere of the first game. Huge letdown.

My first final fantasy game. Let's start with the positive. Amazing story and world, likeable characters and incredible boss fights. This is what I expected of gow ragnarok. The soundtrack also fits the game perfectly. Now for the negatives. bland semi-open world and pretty boring side quests. The ending could have been a bit better as well. Also, ps5 performance mode is a joke. Overall, I'm happy with the game and I'm looking forward to the next installments

Not many games deserve to be called a masterpiece but this one does.
