KCD is a very cool game and plays way better on PC than it did on PS4, but at I always lose interest in it right around the end of the first act. I'll finish it at some point, but probably not anytime soon.

I dropped the game when I got to the level set to Uptown Funk. I don't think I'm returning to it any time soon.

There are a few small issues tied to the mobile version (some weird text spacing, the Stairway to Zenithia not stretching to the end of the screen when you're inside it, stuff like that) but it's the only official English version DQIV to have party chat, which really helps take the party from basic JRPG roles to charming characters that stand alongside some of the best ones from later DQ games. I also never played through chapter 6 when I first played IV, so that was neat. This game's fungeon was way better than V's but it really sucked that the new party member basically only joins you for the final boss and the repeat Foo Yung/Chow Mein fights.

This is one of those games that I love too much to really look at objectively, so I'll only say two things. First, I replayed this on Android and the port was surprisingly well done. It's basically the DS version, but it looks, sounds, and plays incredibly well for a mobile game. Second, I decided to go with a girl other than Bianca for this playthrough and since Nera is boring, I married Debora. It hurt a bit not choosing Bianca, but I'm really glad I went with Debora since her brand of unabashed narcissism is just really fucking funny. If you've played through the game before and went with one of the original girls, I highly recommend doing a Debora run. Her writing is just so different from the norm in Dragon Quest that it makes her stand out more than a character like her would in other games.

The only Far Crys I have played are this and 2.

ZombiU was good because of how it used the gamepad. Without that, it's just a boring survival horror game.

I like the first Heroes more since this is more of a regular Dragon Quest game with action combat and occasional musou stages, but it's still pretty decent.

I actually think this better than Heroes II. It's more of a straight musou than an action RPG. Also Psaro is playable.

I love controller gimmicks. This is not a joke, I actually adore things like rumble or motion controls.

Probably not bad on a phone, but playing this right after playing a bunch of real Zelda games just made it feel like shit.

It's decent for a gacha, but still just a gacha.

It still bothers me that this uses the exact same home screen jingle as Uprising.

It's like face raiders, but worse.

You can't dislike a game that lets you play as every single enemy that much.
