i thinkl its fun but at like 80% of the way through i was done

now i understand how people become gambling addicts

This remake takes just about everything I loved from RE4 (2005) and added to it. There just really isn't a lot to not like. If you've enjoyed any RE before this, if you enjoy zombies, if you enjoy shooting guns, you'll almost certainly enjoy this

My only real gripe is sometimes bosses can feel a bit clunky, but its never too extreme.

its kind of hard to put into words how good this game is. a couple annoying bosses aside. The exploration, character choices, and atmosphere and so much more are operating at their absolute peak.

easiest way to sum it up is after completing this 117 hour save file, I immediately want to start another, just to play around with more build and to feel it all from the beginning again.

i REALLY wanna like this, the combat, music, characters, setting and everything is amazing, i just hate that there seems to be so much grinding and relatively boring sidequests. I can only hope it gets better, i just cant be asked to grind in this game atm

Played the freak out of this, and was a little suprised i was able to finish in the time i did. Of course that isnt a bad thing, the game hooked me and i couldnt stop

Anything with RE4 tetris style invtentory management wins my heart, and the fishing minigames are pretty enjoyable for the length of the game. Upgrades feel really good to get, making tangible changes. Night times and the whole panic system are not really ever as scary or foreboding as I feel like theyre supposed to be.

really cool movement and music. There are some areas where you can skip sections if you know how to use your abilities well, feels great. I almost wish there was some celeste b-side, style of post game content, or a timetrial thing or something, but I know thats outside the scope of this game. I never quite built a full map of any area in my head, which led to me kinda stumbling around till i got back to where I needed to be.

fun lil game, movement is fun and really wish it had maybe like 5 more hours of content at least. the dev times for getting all achievements seem insane

This game is stupidly stylish, and an absolute joy. Frankly, the writing is almost too intense for me at times, and I wonder how many people have tried to play this but have been stopped because of that. But as soon as I was okay with not entirely comprehending the politics and backstory of the entire world I was able to focus on the things that were actually important. It is insane how much there is though, the world feels like it's backstory reaches on for eons, it's really easy to get immersed. Night after night I would find myself up at 4am thinking, I'll just follow this one last thread. Every character in the world is super memorable and really interesting to interact with.

like its good but it just keeps goiiinnngg uuuggh where are the ending....

botw but more, the new abilities are fun and the world is a joy to explore, maybe even more so returning from botw

the minecraft clone of all time
the world always feels like it has more to offer and the feeling of slowly conquering your world after starting a new save is always satisfying

the base building cycle is just fun to me

worse than re4 but is multiplayer so it is epic
