Silver Case is an amazing experience and definitely up there as one of my favorite VNs that I've played. The story is excellent. It's genuinely amazing how the themes continue to be relevant despite this coming out so long ago. It can be a bit difficult to follow at times, especially in the Transmitter chapters, but it still manages to be really engaging. Plus, the Placebo chapters usually do a decent enough job of clearing things up a bit. The characters are great and very well-written. Despite how surreal this game can get at times, they still manage to feel pretty relatable. The style of this game is stunning, especially in some of the later chapters. The music and the visuals complement each other perfectly, making this game feel very immersive. The gameplay and the puzzles are honestly barely worth mentioning. They're not that bad, but they can be a bit of a pain to deal with. Apparently the developers of the remake/remaster also realized this, considering the fact that in that version you can pretty much skip them with the press of a button. Never did that personally, but the option is nice. In summary, if you're into VNs or are just a Suda51 fan curious about his first original game, then this is a must play.

TSA is a game that I feel very conflicted about. On one hand, the story is very interesting and it's really neat just how personal it feels. The VN segments are also awesome and a joy to read. On the other hand though, the gameplay is just not that enjoyable. Very repetitive and it feels like you have more of an incentive to run around waiting for skills to recharge than actually engaging enemies and bosses. Also wasn't a fan of some of the shifts in gameplay. like the racing game and the part where the game pretty much became a sidescrolling platformer. Overall though, despite my gripes with it, I would still say this is a worthwhile experience. If you're a NMH fan or just a fan of Suda51 in general, then this is definitely worth giving a try.
