This game was such a massive dissapointment for me personally
The addition of an open world was unneeded and felt hollow, the characters felt like a step down from what I loved in the previous two games, and just some baffling choices on which characters and narrative threads they decided to bring back.

While i don't think I could recommend someone play this game in the current day just due to how messy the gameplay is, this game remains as one of my favourite and fondest gaming experiences.
