My favourite of all the R&C games, got 100% a couple of different times.

Cute indie platformer where you play as a little spider. Great web-slinging movement and some fun puzzles. Short and sweet.

There isn't a great selection of MHA games already, but this is passable even for a bit of mindless fun. Pretty poor roster of characters, only really covers the absolute minimum you could include from the series first season. The characters that are here are pretty good representations of their abilities but the balance isn't great. You'll probably find yourself gravitating towards the same 3 or 4 characters for most of it.

Going for the Platinum trophy is an absolute slog though. It was only made bearable by spamming Shigaraki's moves to stunlock the CPU. That or using Endeavour who's OP (but also paid DLC).

Decent Zelda-like adventure game. Reminded me a lot of Wind Waker, especially with the sailing from island to island. Puzzles weren't overly simplistic, enemies are fairly varied and good range of spells/weapons to keep it interesting. Didn't find the boss fights to be particularly great but the majority of the gameplay was enjoyable.

The perfect game to dip in and out of for some mindless fun. The soundtrack is so nostalgic to me now, I can't hear Paradise City without thinking about this game.

Tons of short tasks to do all over the map, constantly finding cars you need to takedown, jumps you need to go over, gates that need to be smashed or secret areas you need to explore. In terms of the proper activities, I usually gravitated towards the Road Rages, nothing more satisfying than just smashing into other cars. The Stunt Runs are pretty fun too, but I feel like they need a little more planning and thought to do well and I usually just wanted to switch my brain off, smash into things and go fast.

Loved it. Dark humour and Groundhog day style puzzles, replaying the same day over and over again with different solutions. Only issue is the lack of dialogue skipping/speed up when you're repeating the same conversations multiple times, can get a little tedious.

Excited to play the sequel!

I loved the first Ty game when I was younger and I thought that remaster still held up well. I expected to really enjoy the sequel as well, since I never played it when I was a kid but it's not great.

Feels like they had too many ambitious ideas they wanted to add to the sequel but didn't really deliver any of them well. The 'open world' is boring, terrible driving mechanics to slowly get from level to level. The Mech sections are dull and repetitive, walk slowly and punch, that's it really. The helicopter missions are super basic, definitely could've made them even slightly more interesting by adding some variety. The core platforming gameplay is probably the only good bit about this game, and it's basically unchanged from the first game. The bosses in this one are also a major stepdown and pretty forgettable.

But the worst aspect of this game...the dialogue. Some of the stupidest and non-sensical character dialogue I've ever heard. I laughed but only at parts that weren't meant to be funny. And the voice acting is atrocious, it felt like they were seeing the script for the first time and just ran with the first take. The terrible accents are painful to listen to.

If you enjoyed this when you were younger, I would recommend just leaving it like that, don't ruin your nostalgia and give this a miss.

Perfect game to chill out and unwind with.

Unplug, unpack a few boxes, decorate a few rooms, enjoy.

I knew I'd love this from the initial trailer.

While it doesn't boast the most cutting edge graphics or gameplay, it has a lot of personality and charm. The characters are varied and hilarious, the bugsnax are great and have some adorable designs.

There's a little bit of tedious back and fourth with some quests and definitely the occasional bug but nothing game breaking.

No spoilers for the story but not everything is as it first seems...

The Isle of Bugsnax free DLC is a great addition too, would highly recommend

Great homage to Medievil from the PS1.

I actually think I enjoyed this more than the remaster of Medievil as this game had more modern controls and the environments were a bit more varied. Still has some of the usual frustrations with platforming that these types of games have but overall it's a enjoyable and well put together tribute to the PS1 era of gaming.

2021

Nice artstyle and interesting concept. Majority of the game is played by taking photos of different things from different perspectives or solving puzzles. Relaxing pace, great chill out game.

Music is a highlight, actually went and found the soundtrack afterwards to play in the background around the house.

Short game and easy Platinum Trophy. I ended up completing it and then immediately jumping into the Basto DLC and finishing it in the same day.

Chicory is a beautiful and innovative experience of a game. The core gameplay mechanic of painting anything and everything (and every one) to your heart's content makes this such a fun experience. Especially when the options start opening up as you unlock more colour palettes and brush patterns & styles.

The story was far better than I expected. It really tackles feelings like imposter syndrome and self doubt in a relatable way. Even the journey of the world starting in black and white and gradually becoming more colourful as you progress makes you feel like you're having a real positive impact on this world.

Majority of the game is a great way to chill out and relax, although some of the bosses can be surprisingly fast paced and difficult in some cases.

Would love to play a sequel in the future.

Decent puzzle game. Cute aesthetic and the story is surprisingly good. The slower pace make it a nice game to chill and play through.

Never particularly hard, Platinum Trophy took me 2 days but could've probably done it in a long afternoon. Don't think there's much replayability here but the first playthrough was enjoyable enough.

It's hard to sum up a game like Goat Simulator 3. You're in a goat in a huge sandbox world and you're just let loose to explore and cause mayhem.

Didn't like the changes to mutations and costumes from the first game at the beginning, but after finishing 3 I think it is a much better system. You can mix and match costume parts, some have powers, some are just cosmetic which means you can still have fun customizing your goat while having the best powers equipped.

They try to have a 'story' in this one but it's barely there and really only gives the game an intro and a final 'boss', otherwise the rest of the game is just running riot doing whatever you want.

Some of the funniest and best Easter eggs in modern games. But I wouldn't expect less from this series.

Masterpiece.

Takes everything that makes the previous God Of War games great and distills it down to create the pinnacle of the series. Honestly couldn't believe that God of War 2018 could be topped but Ragnarok achieved it.

One of the very few games I've played on even after achieving the Platinum Trophy.
