The best text-based game ever made.

My favorite game. I still remember the hot air balloon mission... when it starts ascending, you see the whole map, gets blurrier as Arthur gets closer to the clouds and then, with the blink of an eye, you are surrounded by them. Just blue and white. What an incredible scene, and a shot that could easily be a painting.

The best narrative experience in gaming.

An amazing AAA journey. The experience of playing this game is equivalent to watching an oddly enjoyable Marvel film. (Think Avengers, Spider-Man). Not a profound story but it is carried by very great epic moments and some fun character quips.

Amazing game and incredibly underrated. A hidden gem. I don't give out much 5 stars but this is a 5-star game.

Unique game - and an awesome experience. I have 100%'d this game twice (the 3 games separately, and this collection). Never got bored.

For more games like this - just outright absurd fun. One of my favorite fighting systems as well.

Never gets old. Great game today, and a stroke of genius for the 80's.

1984

I did not expect this to be as fun as it is. It holds up very, very well!

1972

You can play this game in real life and it's a thousand times more fun, unlike Space Invaders (as of this review's date) or Atari Breakout.

As most 1970's classics, incredibly simple, but fun! I would go ahead and say this is the best of the popular "timey 70's" games, and oddly satisfying.
