Low 9/10. Meets or exceeds the main game in every aspect except characters (theyre still very good). Depressing asf but an all time dlc forsure, up there with blood and wine. Very recommended

As someone with limited experience relating to computer RPGs, this game was a great one to get me started. The amount of permutations possible in any given main quest or side quest truly sets new standards for the industry. From the overarching story, to the characters, to the engaging gameplay, this experience has many qualities that keep it so immersive. Baldur’s Gate 3 took 5 months to beat and there was maybe 5 of my 120 hours of play time where I wasn’t having an amazing time.

High 7/10, innovates technologically but not so much anywhere else. Gameplay gets nice quality of life improvements over the first 2 games but its mostly more of the same. Main issue overall is repetitive enemy types. Storywise, meh, first game was better. To give credit, Yuri Lowenthal probably shouldve won the voice actor award. Fun experience
