So I was just kind of expecting a walking sim, it most is, but it also has collectables that actually net you perk upgrades, really neat. It looks VERY pretty, and its very heavy on philosophy and like death and how one lives their lifes and consequences, etc. (I'm not that smart with this stuff but I can get gist of it).
I will say the ending is kind of a wet fart, but otherwise cool.

The gameplay just blows my load so hard bro. I just don't like it. The first 7 hours were fine, but never really getting me into that FPS zone. I know this game allows you to just press forward guns blazing because you can duel wield guns for that exact purpose, but it just doesn't feel that satisfying to me. The enemies also shred the FUCK out of you so most of the time I was just hiding behind cover picking off enemies with guns that didn't feel good to precision aim with. Most of the enemies are also just fucking bullet sponges. The stealth segments also just feel so unneeded. All of it was fine until the end where it just breaks open those cracks and I couldn't take it anymore.
Also for some reason pick-ups wouldn't respawn sometimes if I died and had to go back to a checkpoint. No idea if it was a glitch or on purpose, but thats fucked up if the game just gets harder for dying.
My friend told me that J is supposed to be Jimi Hendrix but his family didn't allow him to be used, and I wouldn't want him used like he was either.
The cinematography was good though.

Compared to the other collections (which usually only had like 1 or 2 games I really didnt like) it was like 1/3rd of the games on this. Maybe I got unlucky and picked the bad ones first, but I did have to stop before 2 hours to refund it. So im just gonna give little thoughts about the games I did play
Bete Grise: kind of cool, the rhthym mini game is fucked up because you don't aim for the middle of the circle, dont really like diagonal isometric movement.
Chip's Tips: didnt get to finish but good
Disparity of the Dead: decided to explore first instead of going to the office, which means you can't collect the notes lying around, quit.
EDEN: Garden of the Faultless: I'm not really a Choa Garden person so it wasn't really for me, good style though.
Nice Screams at Funfair: whatever
Sato Wonderland: cool little dialogue stuff
Soul Waste: This one could be cool, but its way too dark so I always feel like I know where im going and thats a problem, the only good part about the gameplay side was the boss fight so I wish it focused more on that.
Spookware: I actually just hated this, I guess I don't like microgames. I hated when the Barnyard videogame forced me to replay mini-games, and I hated when this made me replay microgames because I can't understand what they want me to do at all. Like seriously, how the fuck am I supposed to know how to use a rotary phone?

More Lego Harry Potter, which is to say, another upper tier Lego game. Hogwarts is still cool, the magic system is dope, and the levels are good. There are even some extra kino stuff like the Tale of 3 Brothers segment which is like 80% cardboard cut outs (and all the loading screens are cardboard cut outs).
The only real critical stuff I got are that there does not need to be that many characters for this game since most characters are the same thanks to the magic system, and only like 5 characters total who have truly unique mechanics to them. Plus buying characters is super annoying since there are multiple versions of a lot of characters and you just gotta wait for them to scroll them to buy them.

This game at a glance looks like a very middling run of the mill military shooter of the 360 era, upon playing it, it is indeed that.
About 4 of the 6 chapters are all in a desert area (either Iraq or Nevada), the last chapter being in a sci fi hallways, and the 3rd chapter being the most memorable. Its just in a small town at dark, levels include a trailer park, a cul-de-sac, town center, and a drive-in theatre.
There are SIX weapons and ONE of them is good. The assault rifle feels pretty satisfying and has no drawbacks. The pistol is fully auto and feels fine, but why use it and not the rifle. The sniper rifle zooms in way too far and its hard to use it on console. The rocket launcher is alright i guess, just a rocket launcher, dont get a lot of ammo. The shotgun charges up for more damage(?), or maybe it charges for more focus on the spread, no idea, it just feels terrible. The last is a plasma rifle that shoots a ray then has an explosion where it hits, doesnt feel bad, but doesnt feel good.
The driving segments feel alright, they just copied halo controls.
The story could be a really cool anti-government thing, but this game is also like 4 hours long, not that the gameplay really supports that much longer of a game, but the game had troubled development so it just couldn't reach its true potential.
