If you're gonna play x-com, this rebuild of the game is a must have.

At first glance it seems like a star wars reskin for AoE 2, but somehow it really feels like its missing something crucial that made AoE fun. Unfortunately it kinda just feels like a weird conversion mod.

Recommending or not recommending this one is kinda hard imo. It isn't a sequel so much as an expansion, or even like a remaster or something. I'd say if anyone is looking into trying these games, just skip straight to Ultra Deluxe and save a few bucks cuz everything from the original is here, plus new stuff. But hey, there's a lot of new stuff.

It's a fun little meta narrative that invites you to take it way more seriously than it takes itself.

It's a walking sim with a narrative. Idk how to describe it without spoiling it though. Perhaps anti-pretentious?

The thing that made me upset about this was it forced me to buy an xbone. It did breathe new life into the prison of elders though, which was nice. The story beats for it kinda felt unnecessary though, and like a random distraction from the main plot, which still made no sense.

Prison of Elders was the first real content added to Destiny that kept me coming back, but that's still a pretty paltry addition to the game.

Dogshit expansion. It added fuck all to the game. Hell, all the content here got entirely revamped with The Taken King, so yeah. Crap.

Destiny was unplayable without this expansion. Honestly, yeah, this is when the game actually took off and became good.

It's fun for a little bit but really gets kinda old fast. Well made I suppose but it really lacks any way to really keep me engaged or coming back to it. It's one of those streamer games, really. More fun to watch than to actually play yourself.

Probably one of the best lego games from the classic era, but man, I strongly recommend playing the Manic Miners remake instead. The original is very prone to crashing, making completing the game rather difficult, as you cannot save during missions.

Was pretty fun and actually holds up today still. It really has little to do with the first game at all and you absolutely don't have to have played it to play this one. Loads of content and minigames which will keep a kid occupied and engaged for a very long time. Overall an improvement from the original in every way, imo.

I mean I guess it was pretty alright for the time but it really does not hold up well at all today. The sequel actually has some replay value and could still be fun today, but nah, Lego Island 1 really only has like a couple of hours of content tops and then you'll be done with it forever.

Campaign really wasn't as fun or interesting as the previous games, and definitely less memorable. It did have a good atmosphere though and felt a lot more clancy-esque than previous titles. However, I mostly played it for the online matchmaking and that part was absolutely fantastic.

You like jazz?

Real talk though, it kiiiiiiinda is a glorified expansion sold as a separate game, but hell its got a lot of content for an expansion, so I can't really complain. Firefight was a cool addition. Also with the campaign you can really see where Bungie wanted to go with things narratively in the future as it really feels like a rehearsal for Reach.
