I think this is the definitive end to a game that I already think is fantastic. Some issues that probably won't ever be fixed without switching over to a new engine is how bad Sonic feels in cyberspace he feels like a truck and while I think the new cyberspace-level designs are fantastic they're held back by how sluggish Sonic feels to control the engine it was made it was not built for layouts with so many different routes to take sadly. I think the new playable characters are fun with Knuckles being my favorite because he had the punch glitch and the super glide was so fun to traverse in I didn't use them too much other than completing story stuff because I think actually fighting as them isn't as fun as just playing as sonic. I think all the music is fantastic and the ending is so cool I cried like a baby at the end I'm so glad there's a mainline Sonic title I can actually say is overall a great game and hopefully sega lets Sonic team go all out on the next game because they have something so good here and can only get better. overall rating with dlc is a 8.5/10
