My neighbors were doing construction when I was playing and the rumbling under my feet added to the eerie ambiance. Love both the direct and subtle way the game exudes this uncomfortable, uncanny atmosphere. Bonus points for female protags in psychotic and unhinged low-poly games, you love to see it. I love the whole feel and art of the game but it's awfully short and more of an interactive story you follow along, rather than a game.
On a motion sickness scale I give it a 3.5/5 but you can adjust mouse sensitivity so that definitely helped.

The game isn't technically even out yet but it's sooo good it deserves its good ratings already. Perfect example of "show, don't tell" and the story and world-building is so good it keeps you hooked. The combat is difficult but not impossible, it actually pushes you to study your opponents and adjust your style accordingly. I want to be friends with all the fleshy monsters.
Soo good. Really can't wait for the full thing.

I selfishly wish this was longer(like when you want that extra cake slice you know you shouldn't), but I think the mystique would wash away(heh) if it was. I love everything Yames has put out, but Water Womb World might be my favorite.
The theological musings of the protagonist that border on delusional behavior coupled with the unease every corner of the game seems to exude...SO good.
