Good, but it is just hotline Miami at home.
The franchise was getting stale by this point. Decent entry though.
Weakest game in the franchise. Only 3 months of dev time lol.
Easily my favourite 2D fighting game besides JoJo HfTf. Stellar presentation, earth shattering soundtrack, great mechanics, and 2v2 tag with enough depth to make me always want to return.

Creative way to make turn based combat actually enjoyable. Practically devoid of pointless exercises of tedium. The humor does take off a lot of points.

Like a flash game fleshed out enough to become a game I’d regularly play.

Mid ass character roster with too many shoto characters a lot of fan favourites snubbed, but some good suprises.
Cheap ass AI.
Having to beat the 1 try secret fights to get the endings.
Wierd mechanics.
The method of playing the secret characters on the arcade version.
Had some premise, but cvs2 is way more worth your time.
