Right up there with Super Mario World as one of the best 2D platformers of all time. The creativity and design are a huge step forward for Mario. Every once in awhile Nintendo comes out with a game that reminds you why they’ve been around for so long.

Major rhythm game fatigue hit right about here.

Pretty shit season to start off with. Meh armor pieces and bloated reward tiers. No thanks I don't need 50 challenge swaps and XP boosts.

I rented this for the achievements.

Starts off really rough, then gets kinda badass in the middle, and drops off to bad again at the end.

Very ambitious. A logical evolution on the Doom 2016 formula. I appreciate what Eternal was going for but it didn't vibe with me as much.

My first experience with Valve. The best $20 I ever spent.

Last Spartan Standing is a decent game mode but adding just that and 2 maps after 6 months of a "live service" is ridiculous. Didn't bother with the battlepass this time.

Came bundled with my Xbox 360. A light puzzle game akin to Bejeweled without much to set it apart. Slightly addicting but in that "I have nothing else to do" kind of way.

Season 3 is delayed by 4 months but we got a free 20 tier battlepass and Forge plus a custom games browser. Very rough first year for Infinite that had a little upswing right at the end. New maps and the returning DMR are positives as well.

2006

Digital Uno with nothing special about it.

Great modern arcade game. It still holds up.

Slowly but surely starting to cook. Best season yet with a decent battlepass and more maps. Forge maps have started really helping the content drought.

Finally starting to heat up with Infection, more maps and game modes, and a slightly redesigned UI. It's good to see Infinite finally find its footing after all this time.
