It's kinda good. Combat seems fun and energetic, but the lack of a good story and just fighting the same varients seems a lil bit boring. It just gives you the same swarm of enemies. The bosses are cool tho.

I really enjoyed this game.
First of all let me start with the design. After crappy super realistic designs of DW9 this was absolutely the best choice. And they changed how these characters look after such a long time.
The story is more detailed and they gave personality to people who didn't have it that much. Also the fighting system improved a lot.
The thing that annoyed me was the weapons diversity. In old koei games each character had a unique weapon. Also there wasn't enough ally soldiers. It looks like you and your friend officers is kinda alone. Even after capturing the bases the density of allied soldiers is really really low.

The development team was making a skyrim mod, instead they dropped a whole ass game and I can't be happy more.

I don't get why people don't like this. The world is beautiful and fun to just wander in. The story is great and for higher difficulties it's really challenging to fight bigger robots. DOPE

The story is great. Voice acting, sound design and score are fantastic and I love that the areas are full of details and add to the emersion.
Where this game lacks is bosses. The valkyries and the dragon and baldur are good bosses but outside of that it just rehashing some weak enemies with a little variety to it.
Also Odin's ravens are one of the most annoying collectibles I collected.
