It genuinely lives up to the hype. It's been a long time since a game this good has come out.

On one hand I really, really want to love this game. It has a lot going for it and I could see myself coming back to this game from time to time for multiple playthroughs. On the other hand, fuuuuuuuuuuuck the pacing gets so bad in certain sections.

This game was fun but it honestly felt a bit too short. Looking forward to the sequel tho.

Fatique system sucks and everyone is ugly but other than that it's fun.

TBH, the gameplay was pretty great. Yes the story is awful and there were like, 3 characters I felt anything resembling a positive emotion towards, but the actual game part of the game was some of the most fun in the series.

It's really not that bad of a game but it definitely did not deserve a $60 price tag at launch.
