refunded -- i disagree with whoever said the writing is good. most of this game is jonathan sims talking to himself. the menus often have like 11 choices where 9 are flavor choices that seem redundant. the appeal of all of it wears off really really fast, and i was skipping through large chunks of ren'py text after an hour. really really disappointed, but "scarlet hollow" is still great and i look forward to that.

an idle clicker that knows when to end? amazing

10 minutes. lovely, minimal, evocative. the art is off-the-charts stylish and i love it.

great art and writing, and while it is "adult," it's not explicit. morelike a very cute, sex-positive moment of discussion.

ETA: the developer is working on an upmake with real art that you can wishlist on steam now! i'm really glad.

6-10 hour family deduction and mystery. absolutely love this, especially as the work of one person almost totally alone. please don't pay for it, because the art is all AI generated -- that's a weird, bad choice the creator made and i don't understand why. the AI art is so bad that it does not ever add a sense of realism to anything, so it could really easily be simple line art or something similar. hell, he could have used visual novel sprites. if there's ever a release with real photographs or real art -- wait and pay for that.

wild, fun, so weird. my favorite character is rabies

i stopped playing toward the end when it started asking me to "clock" people and examine their genitals before saying they "didn't match" the sex on their own passports. hearing about it all these years, i didn't realize a cis white american man made this game, which depicts ethnic violence and terrorism and transphobia and other stuff that just really, really does not feel like his purview to make into a product.

the art and world are so charming. the gameplay is minimal and gets to be very repetitive. buy it and plan to enjoy it for like . . . 4-5 hours, then it becomes, in my opinion, really tedious and not rewarding. the more and more and more added mechanics are so far away and hard to get to, and they don't feel good or fun.

just a heads up that after about two hours, this game turns into a Serious Political Campaign Simulator that you can't get around no matter what you do, and that campaign lasts until and is the entire end of the game hours later. i guess if it matters, it is also not like, a GOOD simulator of that.

i'm surprised by these low reviews. if you like interesting roguelike and survival and strategy games, this is one. i LOVE the art. yes, it's minimal, but it's sparse and striking and the hand-drawn style is unique. if you're a curious, patient card game enjoyer, please check it out.

have to leave a review to clear the air from the critical one below. i didn't think the dialogue was jarring. they just seemed like regular people. she explains the kant idea in clear, easy terms and they seem cute together. i enjoyed it!

i love this game a lot. the number of possible builds and runs is so, so huge, and the sharp pixel art interface is gorgeous. great sound design and feedback. feels great to play.

wow, rough reviews for this short and sweet puzzle game! i don't think anything in it is like pixel hunting -- the game gives you a map of what you're finding if you need it, and finding things is rewarding. it's really a cute game and i'm glad i bought it.
