Playing this not long after beating The first Marvel Spider-Man title, i was just expecting a rinse and repeat since this game takes part in a smaller world that emulates a smaller corner of New York that we are used to swinging in, wrong! Miles Morales not only as a character but his functionality in regards to swinging and combat is distinct and stays away form the animations and flare of the first game.

Story was a well written origin in my opinion it just has many instances of that corny Marvel delivery at times when it came down to dialogue.

*DISCLAIMER i am a spider-man fanboy so maybe there's biased in that but the execution here from insomniac for both games has impressed me.

I pre-ordered and LOVED this on the PS4 back in 2018, and was able to re-experience this on PC. Maybe biased because he's an all time favourite for a superhero but Insomniac did a good job with this game regardless. To this day haven't played or know anything of the Miles Morales game besides it being shorter. This game is fun for all types of gamer , shows love for those already a fan of the web-swinger in many small details that show the team cared for fan service, and the 100% completion is friendly too

10/10 couldn't recommend this game more than i do now!
