a lot of people disliked this game, and that's totally valid, but for me this was my favorite game. the characters and mage vs templar plot were so intriguing, and i was emotionally attached to all of the party members. sarcastic!hawke was such a joy to have as a protagonist - and i found the combat challenging AND satisfying to watch. having my hawke jumping and slashing on enemies with daggers with blood flying everywhere? AMAZING i always replay this game at least once a year

first time i played this i had to quit bc the mako gameplay made me dizzy, came back for the remaster and enjoyed the story and the mako fixes! i will never forget the first time hearing sovereign's voice - THAT is how you introduce a villain and set the tone for the true horror of what's to come in the trilogy.

it was fun for the first 20 hours, then i got bored of the repetitive planets and starborn stuff
i love this game but on the switch it was super laggy - want to play it again on PC when i have time! i loved the story just not the gameplay on switch lol
