amazing. exactly what i pictured it being. the use of the album's stems to make the soundtrack is incredible, the visuals are striking, and the sense of exploration reminds me of something like yume nikki. the part with how to disappear completely, pyramid song, and you and whose army was fucking transcendent. now do it with pablo honey, cowards.

this game is interesting because it has ideas that are absolutely fantastic for both gameplay and story, and some quietly beautiful moments of writing, but it also has extremely weird writing that turned me off a bit from the story and also dragged the game on too much (the fucking camping trip was miserable) and also some extremely repetitive gameplay that led to me shelving it. i'll pick it up again someday, maybe even fairly soon, because i think the ending kind of makes or breaks a game, and i like the game's characters enough as to where i would be interested in picking it up again, but i just cba rn. legit eyeing up playing persona 2 before even finishing this because it looks like it'd appeal to me way more.

i've been a big stanley parable fan ever since the original game came out, and this was far from a disappointment. some of the most fun i've ever had playing a video game. i do think the meta commentary can get a little tiring and corny, but the game really shines in some of those moments. i think the skip button part might be my favorite bit of the game, generally. the bucket was a really clever way to introduce more endings to the game, too. yeah, love this.

incredibly lively game that entranced me completely and did not leave me bored once for over 20 hours. when i first picked it up, i didn't know what to expect. a friend on discord was really into it and recommended it to me since i like these types of rpgs. what came after that was an emotional experience and one that i like to look back on from time to time. the characters all feel like real people. it immerses you so much into its world you don't wanna leave by the time you're done. the experience of playing through the black space section blind at 1 am and losing my fucking shit is something i will never forget. i cherish this game. i could talk about what i like about it all day, i'd never run out of shit to talk about. unfortunately, omocat sucks as a person and she will start coughing in 3 days

this is my shit. so incredibly fun and awesome, i don't think anything could replicate the feeling i had playing it for the first time. just this sense of pure excitement, pure joy. it's magical. also, it has the snowgrave route, which is chilling and does everything the genocide route did in undertale but better and more!
