Idk man, the level design was kinda ass imo. I think it starts sort of fun but then quickly dips down into not being that much fun. The levels were confusing and I never felt satisfied beating them

Very good. Lots of creativity in the levels and the Wonder Seed mechanic was very good (even if some of the transformations were kind of odd). The game looks and sounds amazing and was a blast to play through. I only wish there were some harder levels, although for a Mario game I can understand not having them.

It was good. I wouldn't describe it as groundbreaking but most of my fun derived from just playing with a friend. Some of the puzzles were really tough but satisfying to find the solution. I think some of the mechanics could have been expanded, because there's only so much the pull mechanics can do, but they did what they could. I just wish there was native online (not Steam Remote Play).

First RE game that isn't 4 or 4 Remake. I think it started strong and then took a nosedive. It just feels so repetitive and I never felt like the story got super deep. I found a lot of the attempts of being serious to be super cheesy. For a 3DS game, I think it looks amazing, but on HD systems it looks like garbage. The 2 random guys are so insufferable that I would dread playing them. I wish they could have just cut them and everything else that wasn't on the boat but even then you are still left with a mediocre game

Very fun little puzzle game. Really enjoyed this on Switch especially, felt amazing there.

Very fun little romp. I would say most of it still holds up today, although it was a little easy (but makes sense for Mario). The music and graphics are genuinely amazing. My only issue is that I don't think I will really be able to name what happened in the story, just that it was just a really fun game.

I got on sale and have kind of just been goofing around and I think it's great for that. Runs really well on switch and is handy to just pick up and break a few signs and do a race. Visibility in portable mode could be better but otherwise fun

Picked it up because I heard it was made by the Rayman Legends team, stayed because it was a really fun Metroidvania (a genre I have no experience in) with great platforming and some decent puzzles. I was blown away how good this was. It ditched a lot of what we know from Ubisoft and is easily better off because of it. Ubisoft should really focus on these smaller, tighter experiences because it feels so much better to play.

While I borrowed a copy from my library for Xbox and did most of my playing there, I straight up bought the switch version and it runs silky smooth. Great stuff all around.

It was pretty fun at the start as most seasons are, and the festival mode was easily the highlight for me. BR was good especially after the medallion changes, but looking back a lot of the changes in this season kinda...sucked? Idk, there's a lot I'm not crazy for after the hype has worn off

I feel bad giving this the score I am but to me the game felt unresponsive and just too difficult. Feel free to tell me to git gud scrub but it was too unforgiving to me

It was not bad it's just so dang long

If I had abandoned the game after going for some A ranks and only completing the Hero side, I would have probably given it 2 stars. But coming back after months of not playing, something clicked. I get SA2 now.

The level design is very good, the game itself is very not good

Really fun metroidvania that got the half star bump near the very end. The gunplay got so much more fleshed out by that point and once you get all of your abilities it's amazing. I just wish you got them sooner and really wish there was a quick turn around button, that would've been nice for controller
