played this with some friends and its quite an enjoyable game honestly, i assumed it wouldve aged badly as "funny youtuber physics goat simulator" but its pretty great

genuinely dislike playing this game because it requires that people dont talk for periods of time, when i play games with friends i like to be talking to them

This game just makes me viscerally happy, the music and art are all beautiful. It's a terrible port of the game (locked framerate and settings menu to go fullscreen being literally like 10 minutes into the game lol) but its functional and the game itself is amazing.

ooh yes i am i little monkey!!!! i am throwing darts at the bloons!!!!! i love to pop the bloons and take out loans from the IMF and develop new technologies to aid my bloon-popping. "pure monkey madness"

unlike easier games such as dark souls, sekiro, nioh, etc, that many gamers tout as "hard", super mario world actually gives you VERY little room for mistakes, with mario functionally having only 3 points of health at most (super mario on top of yoshi) you are bound to make a mistake and die many times in this game. added onto this is the fact that, unlike the aforementioned easier games, you actually lose real progress when dying (possible to lose entire multiple-levels worth.) these simple facts coupled with the fact that every single level is an onslaught of challenged end up making super mario world a world of pain even to very experienced gamers out there.

its nioh but with everything straight upgraded, easily my favorite game of this type, the combat system is second to none

its the most pure GG game and it has netcode thanks to flycast now, really amazing game and tons of fun. play this if you arent a fan of the +R kit designs and want something thats a bit more basic

i hate it i hate it i hate it i spent a full hour playing through this game only to learn anything close to the actual content of the game ISNT EVEN IN THE GAME. I spent an HOUR listening to CANS OF SODA CUMMING so that i could get to a STORY THAT ISNT IN THE GAME. the ending is just this can of soda with a kids soul trapped in it and it has eyes and flesh and stuff, and then you open it and it just releases the soul, thats the end of the main game, theres DLC but i am NOT GOING TO PLAY IT because i dont want to hear more soda cans cumming so i can get to the end of the game. i hope the creator of this game is happy with MatPats promotion of this unethically time consuming game. im never drinking Sprite ever again

its like if mid was good, the movement feels clunky compared to a game like sunshine but its not that bad once you get used to it, the levels fall off in the attic, other than that the first half of the game is awesome, it aged remarkably well for a game like this, but theres a lot of other games i would rather play personally

this game has awesome music and is just generally really beautiful, one of those games that just makes me happy to think about, unfortunately it also is really hard to progress in because i am stupid

i thought it was pretty fun but the problem with all factory building games is that i constantly have the thought in the back of my mind telling me that i could have just written some code instead

i have no idea how to rate this game, it is not a "good video game" but it is a weird as hell piece of interactive art and the fact that it did this stuff in 2002 is interesting, i dont think this is something i would recommend to most people but for the real freaks out there who want to experience some interesting environments i would say maybe give it a try

i quite liked this game for the week that i played it, the progression hits a HUGE slowdown after a certain point which made me drop the game, but really the start of the game is just a nice multiplayer version of botw, good stuff

the time loop mechanics and the characters were enjoyable enough to engage with, theres a lot of cheesy dialogue options and writing but the overall world was laid out interestingly enough that i wanted to complete it all. the final ending was so stupid that i was laughing through most of it.

early on so im not gonna rate it, but i like the ideas here with shield, the lowered execution barrier without watering the game down is nice too. i think the autocombos are annoyingly intrusive but other than that its just some pretty great melty blood.
