better QoL than the first and probably has the best story on mainline SMT, though in comparison to the first maps are more spread out and magnetites are harder to get due to harder negotiation dialogue overall and they don't give a lot either. those two combined makes for a faster magnetite depletion, so prepare to grind some dark demons just to keep your magnetite supplies afloat, at least for the mid game.

played this again on switch port (reroll) and the gameplay quickly bores me, i remember having fun back when i played it on ps2 tho
