I tried this game back in 2015-2016 and I hated it. I knew that the community is strong for Dark souls and this game has some big ass fat ass lore. That's mostly what I knew about this game. And its difficulty obsly
And when I first tried this game I didn't like it at all. The controls seemed choppy, the animation is too heavy and unresponsive. Didn't care shit about the story, the stats/weapons/armors were overwhelming and I dropped it after a couple of hours.
This year I decided to give it a go and pushed myself to play some more. And damn this game is pretty fun
What I enjoyed the most about it was actually the level design and the weapon-armor progression/variety. I have never expected a game with such a big variety of weapons that change ur style dramatically. Almost each weapon has its unique move set and you have to learn to use it. So you are choosing your weapon not only based on the stats, but also if you feel comfortable using it, cuz you can beat the game with almost every weapon(I beat it with zweihander cuz im a cool guy). That's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing
Also the level design is somewhat metroilavania with all the shortcuts and backtracking
About the difficulty - it lowkey changed the way I approach the games. Rather than going full in on the first try, first I study and train the enemies and then I slowly start progressing. I guess that was the original idea, so yeah, I get it now. Even though at first I was a very angry girl. And some bosses sucks
Overall, really fun game with lots of interesting content. Not 10/10, and other bullshiete at least now. Will try more souls game and see how it ages

in my canon Trigger is the horniest, sick human being alive

I have really weird feeling about this game.
At one side I love the overall gameplay. Platinum games are being platinum games, I think that's one of the most satisficing hack and slash I've ever played. The variety of weapons, combos, upgrades, overall depth of the fighting system is fucking hot balls. I'm also surprised how well cut blade mechanic is implemented and used as a big part of the gameplay without feeling tedious. Amazing shit.
The story is also fucking amazing. Some cringe ass fucking bullshit in a good way. Voice acting is amazing and Raiden is deadass mlp, now I understand why he is such a good meme foundation. Good shit

However, gameplay has two main problems:
1) fucking stun wobble wobble. When u r stunned you have to wobble your joystick like a motherfucker and it doesnt do shit. So if you are stunned just wait it out, don't ruin your controller
2) Parry mechanic is good but deadass is not explained whatsoever. I just understood how it works half way through the game. That's a minor complain but i was about to quit the game

And the story is good and awesome, but ONLY during cutscenes. The story also continues in a mission during dialogues and these dialogues FUCKING SUCK. The missions are basically -----> dialog -> box arena -> dialog -> box arena -> dialog -> box arena -> some qte event -> cutscene -> boss battle -> cutscene -> dialog
After each arena there is almost 100% guarantee of the dialogue. Why would I complain, they are skippable. Yes, they are. But that doesn't mean that they are not fillers. I don't wanna miss important parts of the story, however the important parts are only 20% of these fucking dialogues, so if you wanna follow the story your gameplay flow should be interrupted to listen to some well voice acted but fucking pointless dialogues. That's the biggest complain from me, too much unnecessary dialogues that interrupt the gameplay.

Overall great game, far from my fav. Don't see myself replaying it, but if you like hack and slash def play it.

This is a great spin off for the original TWD games
It's about new characters and completely new story, but the characters and the story are really good
It's only 3 episodes and you don't spend as much time with the character as you do in original games, so they are not that connected to you, but still even in a shorter time they are really well written with pretty distinguishable personalities and ideas.
There is a couple of good choices and "holy shit" moments so the checks are passed.
The main protagonist is also very good, with interesting way of showing her dead children through the game. Nothing too special, but yet well done and leads to interesting ending.
Anyway, good game. If you want more TWD, this one is def recommended

I feel really bad by saying no to this game and abandoning for the third time but I think I have to just accept that this game is not for me.
Is game bad? No, it's really good and crafted with love. It can give you really strong emotions and it's so charming and beautiful.
The graphics are awesome, OST and sound design is also cute and charming, animations, characters, ideas are all really well made. Also the boat!!! I fucking love when you have your base as a moving vehicle
What kills the game for me is the pacing. You really have to spend time with this game, I'm not even talking about the length of the game, but rather what you are doing in this game. And it all comes down to:
1) the same qtes to get/produce resources
2) "talk" with all the characters(not really talk, rather check on them and giving them food)
3) fishing or just do nothing during you are getting somewhere on your boat
And that's mainly it. There are things that can spicy it out, but yet the game still requires you to take it slow, which for me doesn't work :(((
I really hope that on my next attempt with this game I will be able to take it slow. And I know I will come back to this game, since I love the concept and overall the feel of this game so much

fuck yeah, just finished NG+, fuck gwyn

Okay that's a tough one for me. That's a first Persona game that I played and also one of the first JRPG and Life Sim games that I played so bear that in mind

Let's start with good shit:
1) aesthetics and vibes - yeah that's cool af. All this anime stuff, japan, music, secret organization, trips and so on, work really well together and make a whole picture in the end, that feels believable but also so cozy
2) characters - while I don't like anime characters at all and they are all pretty much anime af, after so many hours you do feel connections to them and you do wanna talk to them more
3) SEES - i think that there is a lot of similarities with Evangelion. Secret organization that fights some bullshit to stop the end of the world, school, depressed kids that are fighting these fucking whatever it monsters, big shit happening in the end and so on....
4) it's pretty much watching a season of some random anime(not a very good one tbh)
5) music - it's 10/10 classic

And now let's go with bad shit:
1) fucking grind - yo so it's a JRPG and yeyeye Ik that it's part of the genre but holy damn. The battle system by itself is pretty fucking easy, just find enemy's weakness and exploit it. You learn how to do so in first 4 hours in the game, but ya gotta make the game harder and harder right? And how do you do that when your battle system doesn't evolve? just fucking increase the damage dealt by the enemies and give them dick amount of hp. And can you overcome this by making a good strategy or picking the absolutely right composition? At some degree yes, and in fact that's necessary for some bosses, but holy damn if the bitch is X level higher than you, there is no way in hell you can defeat it. And what you have to do in order to beat it? Right, grind. Grind grind grind grind. And yeah, sure, wharever I don't see much problem in grinding but there is a problem, however, when you die because of some bullshit fucking crit or wharever. So you have a block of floors, where each floor is a dungeon that contains X amount of monsters and there are aprox 10 floors in each block. You can save the game only when you go to another block. That means, if you grind 9 floors and die on the 10th, bye bye 1 hour worth of grind, cuz your last save was at the begging at the block!!!!!!! And the problem is that you can die because WHAREVER fucking bullshit happens, forgot to switch to a right persona? die. Enemy crit? die. Your healer got afraid and can't heal you? die. You failed to run away? die. die. die. die. And the bullshit is that it is so easy to fix, just give the ability to continue fighting when your main protagonist is "dead"!!!! When your teammate dies, it's okay, you can revive them even during the battle, but once you die, it's over. im deadass its so bs
2) focking anime - that's anime in the pure form: 16 years old students that save the world, all girls are over the top sexy, all the boys are fucking perverts, robots are sexy girls, stupid fucking jokes about boobs or what not, every fucking body talks about getting a girlfriend/boyfriend, if you speak to any girl they will love you to death, fucking sex between 16 years old apparently???? teacher/student romance, fucking 8 years old asking to be a couple??????, characters that speak way over the top about anything.
3) girls - i already bitch about them. They are all so fucking anime-ish and all sexualized and shit. And if you speak long enough to them they( AROUND 5 FUCKING TIMES APPARENTLY) they all will be saying shit like oh i wanna be ur girfriled or love you or wharever. Bitch. There is no option to be friends with girl characters, if you want to make your "bond" stronger, you have to be their boyfriend and have sexy times with all of em. bitch wtf. And if you want to have a maximum level of social link with all of them, well then, u r an asshole cuz you will be having them all as girlfriends at once. great.
4) fucking talks about boyfrieind/girlfriend - can they shut the fuck up. I'm so tired of this shit. Everybody speaks about getting a girlfriend or a boyfriend or "oh shit they thought that we are dating" cheesus fucking christ. Yes, there are good dialogues, but almost every fucking conversation with girls(and junpei) ends with some bullshit like this. bitch. talk about fucking movies or wharever
5) it's fucking long - you will spend almost a year in this game. All days. And quite a lot of days you will be doing nothing. Some social links are already done, some are not yet open, all the stats are maxed, so you just jerk off arcade machine for a week straight.

Overall I feel like this game is kinda bad, but ngl, it def has its charm. I don't think that I will replay it ever again, but I'm pretty sure I will be thinking about this game quite a lot and revisiting it in my memories until I get Alzheimer

fuck it, one of the best trilogies ever made

I was such a slut for Arkham Asylum. I finished it at least 6 times. I was slutting for Nolan's Batman and for AA as well back when it was new n shit
I tried city a couple of times but it didn't really click with me. I also lost boner to batman so that's understandable.
Soooo, about the game. It's pretty lit. I don't like the open world aspect of it, I prefer the more metrodvainia type of shit of AA, but Gotham is also iconic and actually really really well done, it works surprisingly great with stealth mechanic and traversal n shit. But what really pull me out was the atmosphere. I dunno mate, maybe cuz of the separated Arkham district or just open world, it didn't feel like normal city, it kinda felt like AA but just in a city. Sounds lit, but it lost the charm for me here.
Another thing that I dind't like was Batman. jesus fucking chrust tf is this character, so fucking edgy and dumb deadass.
Story was good, I really liked the joker plot but holy shit, again, batman is just the worst here hot damn.
Combat good and actually challenging
Traversal is great
Stealth, oh boi, hell yeah, I forgot how good stealth feels in batman games
Also you can play as other characters which is a major boner for me in every game
Overall, great game, tons of stuff to do after the credit rolls(even tho i didn't do any of that). The story, combat, stealth are good, but batman is dumb deadass

best gta out here
Hong Kong is fucking beutifull, even though kinda lacks some land marks
Combat is super solid and crunchy
Shooting is easy but damn fun
Racing is surprisingly good
Story is aslo very solid, and voice acting MY GOD WEI YOU ARE THE MAN GOD DAMN DOG

Bruh
I loved Sonic Adenture 1 as a kid. I dunno if it still holds up or it's just me being nostalgic but since I played the first one, I've always wanted to play this one

And it's........ good? I mean it's pretty good, there is a lot of level variety, we can finally play as bad guys, badass music, levels are great visually speaking...... but the controls..... god fucking damn
I don't remember struggling with the controls in the ifrst one, but this one, cheesus, I'm just fighting not with the enemies but with the controls and the camera. The characters are way to uncontrollable on high speed for me. Acceleration is curve is very slow at the begging, but then it goes 0-100 in a moment. And there is a lot of mechanics that stop your momentum, messes with your controls or just require you to stop and do a precise jump.... IK that it's mine problem, but cheesus, I really wanted to finish this game, but stage 15 just is so annoying to me

So it's good yeah
I prefer it over the first one, even though the first one was kinda like my first game in this type of games and had a big impact on me, I can't just compare the characters and story from this one with the original one.
Yeah, at the begging both brothers, specially Dani, kinda annoying, but it's one of these games where you grow strong attachment to them as the story progress. And it's not only cuz ya spend time with em, it's also cuz they GROW, they are still kids, so they go through maturing, and with their circumstances it goes pretty quickly so yeah, they start as kids, but they end as damn mature kids
So in terms of the characters and chemistry between them - 10/10 deadass amazing and feels so alive and not pushed. But with other characters, it depends, usually it's on the same level of GOOD, but sometimes(KAREN) it kinda lacks depth and options of how to talk to them.

So story is about two bois running away from a situation to start a new life, but it's kinda too abstract, cuz the game is quite long and each episode is it's own story but yet they all serve for one goal - start a new life. And the result and implementation is deadass amazing, this way every episode is interesting by its own but also doesn't feel like it was a filler or that they are wasting time. Amazing writing and pacing. Some episode are better than others tho, especially the first ones are better, but every episode is reaaaly well made(episode 4 is kinda meh tho)

There were tho minor things that I didn't quite like:
1)OST - it's veryyy good, but kinda short and as memorable as the ost from the first one :(
2) Walking around and investigating everything - IK that it kinda give more context and some deep messages, but holy shit there is a ton of them at every step and most of the time it feels like artificial filler

Yo so I Liked this game quite a lot. Solo player modern star wars game????
So goods:
1) Level design and metrodvainia-ish - the levels are fucking huge holy shit and complex, there is a lot of shortcuts and just levels feel like they were designed by smart people and I wanted to explore them. Even though the map is kinda a clusterfuck, once you get used to that, it's pretty easy no navigate through
2) Combat is pretty good. I wish the game was more about evading rather than blocking tho, and it is, but not for some bosses/enemies. And I'm fine with pairing, but i would say that it be very frustrating sometimes and sluggish
3) Lightsaber feel cool, especially once ya get the upgrades
4) The design and some of the sequences(first level, or at-at) are epic
5) The thing the happens in the end is deadass badass, the most badass that I've ever seen

The bads:
1) Story, characters and writing - bad, boring, cliche in a very bad way, just general the worst part of the game
2) As i said before, pairing and healing could be unstable
3) Some enemies are bullshit
4) Lack of customization. I really feel like it would make this game so much better by having different builts n shit
5) Exploring the world and your reward is a lightsaber guard material?
6) Platforming - why? Why is it so focused on it? It aint challenging and you die only on the bullshit moments. I dunno I'm just annoyed by every AAA that does the same type of platforming for 20 years

Overall great game, really glad that it exists, waiting for the sequel
