Cute and surprisingly very funny. I loved how realistic all the crafting materials of the world were, while still maintaining an overall cartoon-y style. The battle system was fun the first few times but definitely became a slog after the hundredth time, and I think really held this game back (it's part of the reason I procrastinated beating this for almost 3 years). Overall I think it was a positive introduction to the series for me and I'm excited to play more of these games!

Couldn’t get into it despite how popular it’s been amongst my friends. The first few hours felt sluggish and the plot beyond saving your sibling just kinda went over my head. I think I also get overwhelmed with games when there’s so many items and stats that aren’t explained beyond large chunks of text so I probably end up missing out on core elements of the gameplay.
I don’t think any of the characters are poorly designed, however the design philosophy seems to go for that over-detailed “check out my OC” look that’s common with anime-style media rather than crafting characters in a way that reflects who they are and what their roles are. I remember when an NPC says “Oh you’re a traveler, I can tell by your clothes” but the main girl looks like she’s in cosplay compared to everyone else. It is a gatcha game tho so I probably shouldn’t expect more than that.
Overall, whatever captured so many people just didn’t seem to grab me about this game.

Love the new area to explore and train in but found the newer characters a little annoying. I appreciate the effort to add some narrative into this franchise, but it moves fairly slow for such a short plot and feels like a slog to get through at worst. The new characters and boss Pokemon also posed at least a bit of a challenge for me, but mostly because I don't have a lot of variety in Pokemon over level 70.
Ogre Oustin' ain't so bad at least, though I don't see myself getting hours of play out of it. The lore around the new mythical Pokemon was a little more intriguing than I expected, but overall this DLC doesn't do enough to elevate or compliment the experience of the main game.

If you gave me this back during my warrior cats era this would've been the hyperfixation to end them all.
On a real note; v cute, loved the environments & worldbuilding. A little lacking gameplay wise & a little glitchy, but overall I loved being able to climb around and explore the world in this way. Hoping for more cat representation in gaming.

Easily breezed through up until a certain chapter when it turns into grinding hell. The plot is strange & kinda creepy (you basically stalk them & Jungkook is canonically 15 so). The dialogue is so cringey it feels like reading a bad fanfic. Honestly, fans have probably written better shit than this. Bighit taking down screenshots from twitter was weird too. Idk I dropped this in less than a month, I hate these little card collecting, microtransaction-infested apps. If you're an Army I'd recommend playing their other mobile game (or literally anything else).

The back of the box art made it sound like this game was way more intricate than a basic pet simulator (besides the fact you could teach them english??), so I always thought I wasn't progressing when there was no progress to be made. I couldn't teach my real hamsters swear words and these ones don't smell so that's a plus.
