Not all metal is created equally, and this one could've used a bit more forging.

If I had done twelve more minutes of research on this game maybe I wouldn't have wasted my time with it.

Vibe is immaculate, but the gameplay leaves something to be desired.

A bit lacking mechanically but the art and humor compensate for it.

Grew tired of all the backtracking.

Not worth the electricity you'll use to boot it up.

Short and sweet. Not overpriced either. Looking at you Kaito Files

Stellar artwork, can't bring myself to finish it.

Its clear there is a lot of passion but this doesn't feel fleshed out enough for me to finish it. Feels more like a tech demo.

Sure, its got a tightly knit control scheme but ultimately the level design isn't really there to complement it and the camera offered here needs improving.

That said, I would gladly consider purchasing the dev's next work if the kinks could be ironed out.

Love the messaging, gameplay is good for the most part but the pacing is kinda off towards the end.

Some things in the investigation that are really interesting never get brought up again. The villain's motivation is kinda odd and the conclusion is insanely abrupt?

The music, VA ,visuals and characters are mostly excellent here.

Edit: After some retrospection, I've bumped this up a notch. Solely for the fact I thought about Penelope's motivation more. She kinda got what she wanted in the end; she got to be free of Tangle Tower and can't return to it.

Too easy to pick out the suspect but the visuals, voice acting and music do a fair bit of heavy lifting.

So boring and that movement speed is insufferable.
