It's literally the same game as the Austin Power one but instead of it being Austin Power themed it's Dr. Evil themed, which makes it 10 times better by default.

Kachow! Not that good but I have many fond memories of it from when I was a kid. You can commit the Rated E equivalent of vehicular manslaughter on those random tumbleweeds and it’s awesome.

If this released 12 years ago, where the industry standard was to drop a feature-complete game where you unlock content at your own pace, I would give it 4.5 stars and probably see more people praising it for its competent gameplay. But that's not how things work today.

as a young lad i thought this game was pretty neat, i’ll have to play it again though because i bet it’s worse than i remember.

A fun game, but with not that many different gimmicks, considering the amount of characters, all of them just do the same thing with different weapons. Hard to beat in one run because it gets boring.

The best part about this game is seeing how refined the character models got near the end of the 64's lifespan. Other than that this game is just Mario Party 2 without the cool costumes.

The art is insanely good and the characterization is basically perfect.
Felt like an IDW comic arc, which is a huge compliment.
