It's literally the same game as the Austin Power one but instead of it being Austin Power themed it's Dr. Evil themed, which makes it 10 times better by default.

Kachow! Not that good but I have many fond memories of it from when I was a kid. You can commit the Rated E equivalent of vehicular manslaughter on those random tumbleweeds and it’s awesome.

If this released 12 years ago, where the industry standard was to drop a feature-complete game where you unlock content at your own pace, I would give it 4.5 stars and probably see more people praising it for its competent gameplay. But that's not how things work today.
