i fw it heavy, the music, atmosphere, and design are great. the game falls off near the end when the amount that you are able to do starts to lessen, but otherwise the mysteries are fun (the story gets a little obvious, tbh) and the soundtrack is easily a 10/10. fun if you're in it for the vibes, but is essentially a walking simulator/collectathon/visual novel.

i recommend though.

Definitely better than the first one. The only issue here is that some of the levels are still kinda shallow when it comes to actual platforming challenge over spamming a bunch of enemies and traps. When it comes to combat in this game, you can literally get away with just pressing L1 like you're in a soulsborne and spamming attack. It was an enjoyable, albeit, short game.

I thought it was enjoyable. My only gripe was the fact that the collectibles had no indication as to where they were using the in-game scan or map. Outside of that, it was a fun little game. Price is too high, but if you wait for a sale it doesn't hurt to pick up.

Introducing difficulty in the later levels is fine, but when the majority of the level is you putting in 10x the amount of enemies and 10x the amount of traps, that is not scalar difficulty. You're just adding to make it harder without creating any thought provoking platforming challenges. Because of this aspect of the latter fourth, I genuinely cannot recommend it.

I cannot genuinely recommend this game enough. The only downside is that I found myself using a guide to get past wandering around a bunch. Doing so did not detract from the experience and overall rating, though. That being said, do not search up anything about this game, please allow its story to destroy you. In my personal opinion, because of its phenomenal graphics, music, story, and gameplay, this game is an easy 10/10 from me.

great beginning to a perfect series (besides 3)
