filling the f-zero-shaped hole in my heart with style. challenging, fast-paced arcade racer with a good amount of maps and decent vehicle variety - nothing over the top, but great at what it sets up to be. (maybe I'm desperate...)

so good the technical issues don't even remotely matter. i have never felt as many emotions playing a video game as i have with bg3 and i likely never will again

god. it's SO damn good and SO damn bad. but i'm obsessed and I can't stop playing and it's the most fun I've had with a Pokémon game since B2W2. gameplay-wise the changes are great, but jesus christ certain zones will NOT run properly under any circumstances

Didn't care so much for the open-world-ness of the game (even though it was really cool) because I was so excited to continue with the story, to do the missions, even just side quests, that I never explored outside of those. Didn't wanna wait.
God-tier narrative experience. Sobbed through the last hour of the game (pre-epilogue). Cowboys ruined my dang life.
