It's an entertaining and simple game, but sometimes it gets hard to tell what type of event it is when it's time to report.

I cannot play this alone because my photographic memory isn't the best, but playing it with my friend makes things easier and way more fun!

I enjoyed this one a lot more than exit 8 because it felt a lot more committed to being actually scary. Some of the anomalies are way too subtle though and some of the ones that try to be scary end up just feeling weird and goofy like a lot of the changing paintings etc. !!!HUGE MAN!!! needs his own spin off game though I think everyone wants that.

I'm on Observation Duty 1 is a great first entry into a series that blew up from a genre with a lot of untapped potential, and has seen countless fanworks spawn from it. While the original game is very basic compared to newer releases, it's importance alone gets it this high.

+ Suspense/jumpscares
+ Concept
+ Content
+ Replayability

Such a cool and underrated indie game. I love the concept and the fact the modeling for the ghosts and intruders is so shitty makes it scarier. The suspense has you on your toes and makes it such a pleasurable horror game experience. Just the right amount of campiness before it becomes tacky.

The intruders can be so absurd and makes this game also funny? It's so fun to play in a dark room with a group of friends. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and simple horror game.

Love having two houses in the game as well. The second one is too difficult for me but I'm still working on beating it! Makes it replayable and also gives a sense of accomplishment when you're able to finish it.

Not giving 5 stars since it's a bit janky and not the best game on the market, but for indie horror, I find it so fun.

Fun and weird. A few little twists but it's a great first installment of the series that sets you up for later ones. Everyone knows and loves !!HUGE MAN!! for a reason.

Fun indie horror game of spot the difference. It ranges from finding objects that have moved or disappeared to finding a HUGE MAN or some abyss appearing.

Definitely fun to play with friends watching. Wish there was an encounter rate you could set as well since some runs can be pretty tame

I think the concept of this game is honestly a lot more interesting then the actual game itself unfortunately. I love the idea of flipping through cameras trying to find any paranormal anomaly popping up through this house, the problem or at least to me is that there are too many types of anomalies in this game and most of them range from a simple chair moving or a tiny pixel you never noticed slowly turning into a black hole; so a lot of the time I didn't even know some rooms had anomalies until the house had too many forcing me to retry. It causes most games to be scary for a little bit with the one or two genuine fright and the rest being small inconsequential things you're not going to notice until you eventually die.

I think the game would’ve benefited with trimming maybe a quarter of the anomaly types and having better visual indication that something is in the house or something in a room moved.

Pretty fun with a friend you can chat with while waiting for things to happen. Hate to admit it gave me several frights in the silliest ways

It's like I Spy with a little twist. Most fun when played with some friends because it's really slow. Not really all that scary, but very goofy and funny.

some dude broke into the house just to do a tiktok dance on my surveillance camera. good game.

a good premise for a game, really slow though

the new fnaf (but more fun?!)

I really liked playing this game - it took me a couple of tries on both maps to be able to pass, but I think it's a really good game to play. If anything, it's a good game to play while you're drinking with your friends.
