WE DID IT BOYS WE PERFECTED KOF! The gameplay is great, it feels like they finally perfected the formula. The strikers work well. The story can be super touching and get you intrigued in tons of characters you never really put thought into before. It makes you wish the buyout never happened cause the foundation they were laying down here was perfect

The final old SNK game before bankruptcy. It's kind of a kusoge since strikers are kinda bullshit. Also one of the prettiest games in the series.
Just as good as '99 but a bit better. Striker system is really fun with all the different extra characters you can choose and the stages and music are great. One of the highlights for this series in my opinion.

This game is a Persona 5 Strikers reference right like you can summon strikers in this game and the Persona 5 game says strikers in the title they must be related I think

It was pretty good, loved the fact that my two favorite characters (K-Dash, and Vanessa) are on the same team.

Pra mim esse é o pico da saga NESTS. O jogo tá com uma identidade visual muito melhor, a OST tá BEM MELHOR, a gameplay foi aperfeiçoada, tá com a mesma velocidade do 98 e apesar do sistema de striker ainda ser estranho, é um ótimo fanservice. Enfim, é um ótimo jogo, bem ousado e com bastante identidade, apesar da história ser uma zona.

Peak dos KOF antigo, eu amo de paixão esse KOF, cenários simplesmente lindos, God Tier Ost, sistema de tag é muito divertido quando você aprende, tem uns combos bem quebrados até com o tag mas é divertido aprender as mecânicas, pegaram oque tinha de ruim e oque tinha de bom no kof 99 e melhoraram totalmente, boss final deixa muito a desejar, porém o resto compensa.
The final KOF game from the original SNK before bankruptcy hit em like a genocide cutter. The gameplay is as solid as always, now with a new striker assist mechanic which shakes things up enough to keep things fresh. The background setpieces are really detailed and well drawn, even in death SNK creates beauty. This game continues the plot of the NESTS saga and even marks kulas debut! (though fighting as or against her is a bit of a hassle). For one of SNKs swansongs, they did a good job.

Zero is a mustachioed badass. His blade cape/tunic attacks are beautiful and his overly evil theme music tracks are even more beautiful.

Underrated gem of the series
Doesn't feel that great to play compared to 2002, but it's still KOF so it's pretty decent.
Yeah the fourth character/assist mechanic is kind of weird, but this is the game that introduced Kula and she's probably my favorite KoF character to play as (even if you need to input an overly complex code to play as her in the arcade version) so it's a good game.
Simplesmente um dos melhores jogos de luta já existentes, The King of fighters não é considerado uma das melhores franquias do gênero luta atoa. Definitivamente tem seus defeitos, até pq esse KOF 2000 muito provavelmente não é o melhor da franquia, mas certamente é um jogo com muitas qualidades, gostei bastante e tem bastante entretenimento.
