Not bad but could've been included with base game. It's one of the best missions in V

Had me actually hyped u bastards

its cool but not worth the money

Tech demo. The prologue is incredibly effective and serves as a great intro to where MGSV is headed. But man, $30-40 dollars for a tech demo? It's $20 now and still feels a bit steep. Should be $15 max. The extra side op shit is actually pretty good and gives you more time with the gameplay, and the cassette tapes and extra ops can be done to increase the demo's longevity, but the bottom line is there's only one mission, Konami sold it as a standalone product, and it was priced at $30 for the longest time. It's good but there's not a lot to it.

So Deus sabe quantas horas gastei me divertindo nesse jogo.

In some ways better than a lot of missions in TPP. Hard to justify the price tag though.
Buy the complete edition.

Ok.......what just happened?

Will be playing the side ops but deeply shocking game even for Kojima, perhaps the most dread I’ve felt in an MGS game?

Your favorite song. Nicola, Bart, immigrants wrongly executed. But their deaths served as a message to others. That ours is a society that murders the innocent.

I can definitely see the appeal here, but mechanically I liked 2 and 3 a lot better. While there's more going on here compared to those games, the simpler gameplay ironically felt a lot more polished since it was always clearer what my actions would do. It's hard to explain.

The Tanker mission equivalent for MGSV. It's an awesome way to start the game and is a classic Metal Gear experience, but it can't be fully appreciated until you play through the main game and understand the controls. However it's still a great setpiece with very smooth controls, an amazing opening sequence, and an intriguing story that I was surprised to take place straight after Peace Walker as I assumed they'd not give much attention to a PSP game, but I was glad to know that playing it at least had some benefits.

Gameplay's a little less robust than the main game, but man the mood of sneaking around an extrajudicial torture camp on a rainy night, the dense map and a story that in comparison to PP was actually exciting to experience on the moment to moment level, it makes this game unforgettable.

That opening cinematic is so unbelievably good and atmospheric. The atmosphere, the Ennio Morricone song, the one-taker, the slick chit-chat between Snake (he actually has a personality, holy shit 😱) and Kaz, it's so fucking good.

Maybe even the best cinematic sequence overall in Metal Gear history.

I don't have anything to say for this one because the game itself is a mere paid demo, so I'm logging just for the sake of it

Sick cinematography though

I really wish I just have the free time to dick around in this map but I just did it in like an hour or 2. A cool idea to set up V and it's a great looking game. But come on did you HAVE to replace David Hayter???

Ground Zeroes is a bit odd to talk about and review in isolation, since it's pretty much tethered to the main game's story and its too short in itself to actually go out of your way to dissect all its mechanics, it really just serves as a technical demo showcasing the newest and final era of Metal Gear running on the all-new Fox Engine. It doesn't try to be more than that, and honestly if I was excited for The Phantom Pain back in the day getting a fully-featured demo with pretty much the exact gameplay as the main game and a shocking and thrilling couple of cinematic cutscenes of that caliber following the events of the Peace Walker Incident, with those dreadful and honestly pretty dark moments, damn, I would be sold with getting TPP the day it released no matter what.

The only real complaint is that they actually charge you a pretty penny for it, and while yeah you can get some mileage out of it considering that there's multiple missions to do and whatnot, it's way better to get it nowadays bundled in with the main game for dirt cheap.

i mean good prequel for TPP(The Phantom Pain) but i get it why its so short cause konami are bunch of dicks but i wounder how many people where pissed of when this realosed but good metal gear non the less

uma demo paga (R$ 36,99) do M.G.S. V dor fantasma ,
é muito curta , mas é um bom tutorias pro MGS V

This game is a masterpiece if it would have been 10 dollars at launch as some sort of downloadable. But, no they went for 60 dollar price tag, which is a total rip-off for this game.

For a prologue to the Phantom Pain and sequel to peace walker, It carrys on the story of Big Boss exceptionally well, this is one of the darkest games in the metal gear series and it is HARSH.

The biggest issue is its length, it is a short game if you don't plan on doing all the bonus objectives and side missions, and the story is only really in the tapes and main mission. This has faded with time, the game practically being bundled with Phantom Pain and generally being far cheaper now than at launch. For a vertical slice of Phantom Pain, it does it's job wonderfully, this gameplay is clean as hell. Also, still looks absolutely stunning, visually the cutscenes are immaculate and in gameplay the base is wonderfully realised, lots of small details scattered around with multiple routes through the mission.

While this is a glorified tech demo/prolouge, it is damn good and I'm glad now we're not in the launch window with it's absolutely absurd original pricetag, this can be admired for the quality it is.

They really did play us like a damn fiddle.

Cool little gameplay demo that sets up the stakes for MGSV, but there's not too much to be said other than that, honestly.
