Great game to play solo or with friends as you play through the story of the main series. Great and funny visuals accompanied by a great soundtrack make this game a worth every penny. now just revive me before the timer goes out there are only three seconds left stop fighting the dinosaur im about to die and i just died now we're gonna lose again all because of you thanks.

I really remember liking this game when it came out, but going back to it was a challenge. The art and music are phenomenal. It's just the act of playing the game that really sucks. The combos don't really flow, and the player can get caught in stun loops. Like most games, it's better with friends. But, there are so many other beat em ups out there.

All the pixel art and chiptunes and fanservice are great (for fans), but it's a horrible beat-'em-up with unbelievable amounts of grinding required for progress and moves that you need to buy to not feel crippled.

The visuals, the soundtrack and the vibes are perfect with this one

I wish it had crossplay and Ubisoft Connect is so ass, otherwise this game is really great and it's such a shame it took a decade to be able to play it again

A fun ass beat 'em up with some minute RPG elements to make replaying on new characters that much of a joy. Not too difficult, and the abilities that you learn as you level up each are game changing in making the combat more fluid as the journey continues.

cara, eu estava muito hypado pra jogar esse jogo, mas me decepcionei muito.
Pois, os controles não me agradaram, não são suaves e nas fases não possui coisas para curar sua saúde somente em lojinhas. E isso faz o jogo ser muito difícil a toa, mesmo na dificuldade mais baixa.
Além de que TODOS OS INIMIGOS PODEM DEFENDER DOS SEUS ATAQUES, e isso fica muito chato realizar combos.

its too hard i cant beat it

A pretty decent beat-em-up with tons of great references to the comics. It still has a lot of the BS design the genre is known though especially towards the end of the game.

It was very laggy.

Style over substance with mandatory grinding to get the most basic of beat em up moves.
If my friend hadn't told me about the infinite money exploit I wouldn't have bothered.

I ADORE the pixel art and music! Playing as Kim gave me gender euphoria :3. But unfortunately the levels fall off in quality and creativity extremely fast after the first one. I know it's because of the development history and the fact a second development team had to come in and rush the game in a few months, but still.

Got almost halfway though the game before realising that you could upgrade your character. That made the whole thing a lot easier icl.

Would only play again with friends tbh, it lacks depth but I enjoy the premise

great time, if not a little janky. very hard time even on the lowest difficulty if you arent upgrading your character with wallace's secret shop, and even then it stills kicks your ass from time to time. music goes unbelievably hard and probably the best version of the scott pilgrim story mainly because it barely has anything to do with the scott pilgrim story

when i first played this i was 12 years old and in a friend's basement. he was playing as kim and summoned knives and when they kissed he threw the controller and shouted "GROSS!" i came out five years later and he had to drive me to school every morning so i think i became his greatest nightmare. anyway anamaguchi does the soundtrack,

This beat-em-up is great. The music is great on every level. The art is fantastic. The boss fights are fun and the enemies differ in challenge. The story was sort of just there. Not really any story in between levels, but it's a simple story to understand still. You have to defeat 7 exes, that's about it. However, highly recommend this if you love Scott Pilgrim, books, or the movie! If you just enjoy beat-em-ups, you will enjoy this game, but maybe not as much.

puta que juegazo ah, salio con bastantes bugs que jodian la experiencia el juego es simple pero si te gusta scott pilgim y conoces al autor basicamente si son un gordo mega fan te va a encantar aunque es simplon

it was alright. I played the first level and ended up liking it much more than I did in the first handful of minutes of playing. But the charm, sprite work, and OST aside (which are amazing), this is still a painfully slow beat-em-up that gets very stale, very quick. Doubt I'll ever return to it.
