The best 3D Mario. It takes Galaxy, and makes it 69420x better. An amazing hubworld with more to do than the first one. Better levels and Yoshi make this the best 3D Mario

There’s one thing that makes this fantastic. Mario’s controls are phenomenal and although the game isn’t as good on replays, New Donk City is masterful. Also whoever created Cappy is a genius.

I mean... it gets way to much hate. Sure it has the Pachinko Machine but it has Yoshi and Isle Delfino is a phenomenal hubworld.

Just pure Mario joy and nothing else.

It may have started 3D platformers, but I kid you not it has not aged well at all. Although it can be excused due to being a Nintendo 64 game, the controls feel clunky to use and is there anything to say about the camera that hasn’t been said aside from being shit? But other than that, this game’s great. Maybe I’ll give it a higher score if I use the analog camera mod.

Though it's the worst 3D Mario, it is by no means a bad game. but there's no reason to play this over 3D World.
