I wanted to play this because it looks so cute and I've seen the speedrun which looks really cool but it runs really poorly on my computer :sob:
never played the remake but am very familiar with gen 2. it's kinda wild to me that they don't do much to speed up the molasses beginning. might re-start and use a randomizer to shake things up somewhat (but not too much) because i really want to use the weirdo dork pokemon and not the usual suspects you always see everywhere
i did play with the randomizer a bit but still fell away eventually. i think i might now be very into actually playing pokemon games anymore? or maybe i need to play a newer one.

I've watched two playthrus of the base game but never played it myself until now and also never seen the DLC! Genuinely surprised it (mostly) run on my computer!
got maybe halfway thru and then stopped because while it does run on my computer the frame drops were frustrating and already knowing what happens lessened my enthusiasm. maybe someday i'll go back to do the dlc that i haven't seen

not actually first time, returned to finish out the ten wins and the epilogue
10/10 banger, no notes
it's tetris but the blocks turn to sand!!
played original DS2 when it came out, first time playing scholar and also first time doing DLCs
I'M HERE TO KILL CHAOS
I didn't play this myself because I am not a Celester, I watched a friend play it. It's genuinely incredible!! So much work went into this from so many people in the Celeste community and they have made some really impressive maps. I know this has a reputation of being a bunch of really hard maps but I think it's worth turning on assist mode (or watching someone else play it) so that you can at least content tourist through to see all the unique art, hear the new music, and play around with all the new mechanics.
I did like three runs because I figured out the one build I liked and realized I kinda didn't want to play anymore because I wasn't going to do 80 hours or whatever of The Same Build. Cool character art tho.
cute birds c:
it sure is more Save Room. a slight improvement on the first one in basically every way
cool game
only ever played the prologue before so i'm treating this as a first time
like my fourth time trying to play this but i've actually gotten out of midgar for once
when i get real depressed i play a big dumb open world game and i wanted to kinda kick the tires on my new computer anyway so here we are
