I have 13 hours on this game.
I have spent 10 of those hours on STAGE 9.
I'm starting to become convinced it's impossible.
Edit: I finally beat the 6th level only to find out there was A 7TH ONE.

Like what the heck even is there to complain about?
I hate so much about this game and I hate so much of what it stands for. I don't want this to be the future of Zelda, I don't think it should be the future of Zelda, because that just isn't what this game is at all in any aspect, regardless of how much it tries to fool you into thinking it is. I hate the dungeons, I hate the shrine implementation, I hate running out of things to do, I hate knowing what I'm supposed to do and inevitably giving myself the soulless checklist of things to do every time I play it, and I want the hookshot back so badly. Most of all, I hate that this is what people are told and lead to believe that this is what Zelda as a series is.
And the worst part about all of this is that this is one of the most nostalgic and calming games I've ever played, and the more I think about it the more I realize how much it deserves that title whenever I remember how much of an impact it really has made on me over the years.
I really can't deny how much I value it for that. It's too bad I hate it and it sucks and now none of my siblings will ever play another Zelda game because it's "not Breath of the Wild" and everyone else just wants more Zelda games like it and the entire franchise now has to orbit around it and nobody stops talking about it and acts like it's the only Zelda game and it's stupid and awful and I hate it.

I love Panta so much, he’s the best character in any video game ever, I love him, I love him, I love him. Every time he jumped out of a random box and his funny theme song started playing, I wanted to jump out of my chair and scream out of pure joy. A remake of this or Solatorobo would be the best game ever made because it would have Panta in HD. That little gremlin dog gives me life. I adore him. I didn’t replay this game, but now I have to. I must see my BOY.
A lot of the new tracks suck, some of them genuinely look like they were made in Roblox, but it makes up for that by having like every retro course in the franchise on top of some from 7 AND Luigi Island! Who needs the booster course pass?

Speedran this with my friends at a New Years' Eve party since one of them knew the route, and we got a time of 47 minutes. Banger way to end the year.

First impressions:
God I forgot how much I love world 3 and god did I forget how bad the framerate issues are, which they still somehow did not fix here yet. It's still early access though so there's still a lot of time for them to fix it along with the stupid amount of other bugs there are in this version. I really hope I don't end up regretting buying this.
