A wild ride from start to finish. I'm honestly a little surprised live-action visual novels didn't take off more than they did.

Hugging blob is the best part of the game.

This game just made me feel happy, man.

2016

Like Journey if it was the opposite of an enjoyable experience.

My biggest complaints with this game were the lack of diversity in campaign missions, and the fact that the AI cheats in Fog of War maps (Edit: this is fixed in the Switch remake, so I would recommend that version). Still not a bad game by any means, just know that the later games in the series are much better.

This game has more mission diversity, more COs, new Super CO Powers, and is overall an improvement over the first game in just about every way other than the fact that the AI still cheats in Fog of War (Edit: this is fixed in the Switch remake, so I would recommend that version). I personally liked the later games better, but if you want the most “pure” form of Advance Wars, this is it.

Not as well balanced for PVP as the previous entry, but personally I think this is the most fun advance wars game casually. The AI finally doesn’t make illegal moves in Fog of War anymore which is great, and I enjoyed trying to break the dual CO system.

Probably the "best" advance wars game as far as gameplay and story goes, though it's definitely lacking some of the charm from the previous games.

Remove the mags and this is a perfect game.

If I played this when it first came out, I bet I would have liked it. Unfortunately, I didn't.

The worst animal crossing game I guess. Only played it for a bit before just going back to Wild World.

I started playing this game and then my girlfriend broke up with me the next week. Probably not related.

The best Animal Crossing experience for me. Honestly a lot of my enjoyment probably just came from having a good friend to play the game with.

"The later games get better, trust me." Okay.

The concept of this game is funnier than actually playing it. Still, funny birb man solve crime haha.
