I can't believe how good this game is and it came out of nowhere. This game has better combat and bosses than any of the souls game. Sekiro and Bloodborne is still better. But the weapons and progression is exeptional and tops even Bloodborne.

Level design not as good as FromSoftware games though. It's too linear and there's no secret levels to be found exploration is lacking. However it is still pretty good, a lot of neat shorcuts to be found there.

I don't recomed this game at all.
The aesthetics were good and the floating mechanic too, but that's about it.

Stroy was bare bones but they managed to spread it out into 5 episodes somehow. This game add nothing to the Series. I thought we would learn how Drummer become who she was in the series or at least how she got her reputation. Insted we got little side adventure that told us nothing about this world or Drummer herself.

The quality of the story that's there is also quite bad. It's very predictable and the morale choices aren't interesting at all.

Drummer was my second favourite character from the show and it's pretty sad to see her this way. On the bright side this Drummer despite being voiced by the same actress doesn't feel like the same character from the show.

Everybody knows already how good this game is, that's why I'll focus on the negatives. It's mainly act 3. There's quite a lot of bugs, some minor annoyances, some stopped quests from progressing. Optimization is quite poor in the city as well.

But the main problem is that your choices doesn't matter for the ending at all, and moreover there's not only no celebration at the end where you could talk with people you have met and reflect on your journey, there's even no slide show that shows all the consequences of your actions. That's so baffling to be honest and because of this the ending feels really empty and disappointing, which is quite sad because for the most of the playthrough I was thinking about what I was going to do on my second character and by the end I don't even wanna play it.

Still overall I would recommend it. This quite a unique experience but maybe wait a bit for the definitive edition in a year or two. Larian fixed quite a lot by the time definitive edition of DoS came out.

PS minor point: they really should make it clear if a quest can't be finished on the current area and you should move on.
